Accountabilities Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights supporting key business objectives. Design and develop interactive dashboards and KPI reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Support model deployment, A/B testing, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data pipelines, reporting processes, and data governance practices. Strong foundation in data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Understanding of machine learning basics, ETL workflows, or cloud data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
