Assist in designing experiments and A/B tests to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on insights derived from data analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-6+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
