Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking. Communicate data findings to senior management for forecasting and client needs. Analyze and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs. Perform complex data analysis functions to meet management needs. Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues. Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts. Deliver training and data analysis education for colleagues. Requirements Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in an insurance-related field and one (1) year of statistical analysis strongly preferred. Proficiency with Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.
