This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst - Multimodal in the United States. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support multimodal transportation and logistics initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets from multiple sources, uncover actionable insights, and help optimize operational efficiency across transportation modes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and strategy to inform data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving challenging problems, and communicates findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities As a Data Analyst - Multimodal, you will: · Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple transportation and logistics sources. · Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance metrics. · Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights for operational improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy, planning, and decision-making. · Support modeling and forecasting efforts to optimize multimodal operations. · Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise formats. · Continuously improve data processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have: · Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field. · Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain. · Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). · Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning a plus. · Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively. · Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
