In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the data landscape of our business unit by providing advanced analytical support. You'll drive better decision-making through insightful reporting and contribute to improved operational efficiencies. If you are passionate about data and want to make a difference, this role is for you. \n Accountabilities Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to management Develop reports and deliverables and make recommendations to management Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data warehousing analytical tools Assist management in driving business decisions based on data Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts Assist with determining workload and related activities for other Data Analysts Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience Healthcare experience preferred Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in data modeling and analytical tools such as MS Excel, Access, SQL Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $87,700.00 to $157,800.00 per year Health insurance and comprehensive benefits package 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
