This role is ideal for a skilled data professional who thrives on analyzing complex datasets to drive business decisions in the healthcare sector. You will serve as a lead analyst, managing advanced analytics projects while supporting and mentoring other team members. The position involves extracting, reconciling, and modeling data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights across claims, member, provider, and clinical data. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements. The role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and the chance to influence key operational and strategic decisions. Accountabilities: · Lead and manage complex analytics projects and provide guidance to junior Data Analysts. · Analyze large datasets across multiple platforms to generate actionable insights. · Develop reports and deliverables for management to inform operational and strategic decisions. · Monitor and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement. · Apply advanced data modeling techniques using SQL, MS Excel, Access, and other analytical tools. · Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits. · Mentor team members on data analysis techniques and best practices. · Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with organizational policies and standards. · Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. · 4+ years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis, or 2–4 years of HEDIS data analysis experience, including measurement and rates. · Expert in Power BI and experience with AI-driven data analysis preferred. · Strong proficiency in data extraction, reconciliation, modeling, and reporting across multiple systems. · Familiarity with SQL and other data warehouse analytical tools. · Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under limited supervision. · Competitive annual salary: $68,700 – $123,700, adjusted for skills, experience, and education. · Comprehensive health insurance coverage. · 401(k) and stock purchase plans. · Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. · Paid time off and holidays. · Flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, or office-based schedules.
