This role offers the opportunity to leverage healthcare data to drive meaningful insights that improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs. You will work with diverse datasets from multiple sources, perform advanced analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. The position requires collaboration across teams, providing both technical expertise and clear communication to influence decision-making. Accountabilities: · Analyze complex, integrated datasets from providers, members/patients, and third-party sources to extract actionable insights. · Support large-scale analytics projects with limited supervision and provide recommendations based on data findings. · Perform root-cause analyses of data irregularities and communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders. · Manage multiple data review processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. · Design, test, and implement process improvements and identify opportunities for automation. · Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations. · Independently engage with business partners to gather requirements and validate analytic results. · Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. · Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. · 2+ years of experience working with large databases, data management, and verification, or 1+ year of IT experience. · Healthcare analytics experience preferred. · Proficiency in SQL or other query languages. · Preferred knowledge of Python or R for programmatic data analysis. · Familiarity with statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis. · Experience with modern business intelligence and visualization tools preferred. · Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate insights clearly to business partners. · Competitive annual salary: $55,100 – $99,000, adjusted for skills, experience, and education. · Comprehensive health insurance coverage. · 401(k) plan and stock purchase options. · Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. · Paid time off and holidays. · Flexible work arrangements: remote, hybrid, or office-based schedules.
