As a Data Analyst II (Field), you will play a critical role in transforming raw operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will analyze complex datasets, create dashboards, and deliver clear recommendations to improve operational performance across departments. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply statistical techniques, and develop predictive models that enhance business outcomes. You will help optimize workflows, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working remotely, you will engage in projects that directly influence organizational success and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, critical thinking, and using data to drive meaningful results. Accountabilities · Collect, process, and analyze operational data to provide actionable insights. · Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior management and other stakeholders. · Conduct statistical analyses, modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics to support business decisions. · Collaborate with team members and management across departments to synthesize questions and provide meaningful answers. · Monitor and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across datasets. · Recommend improvements in data management, reporting processes, and technology utilization. · Complete market intelligence studies and present findings in a clear, actionable format. · Participate in report development, testing, and enhancement projects. · Support ad hoc data projects and special initiatives as assigned. · Associate’s degree in a business, technical, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, Excel macros, and data visualization tools. · Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. · Ability to review large datasets and translate findings into meaningful insights. · Knowledge of business process analysis concepts. · Experience in visual report building, dashboard development, and working with complex data sets. · Comfortable with statistics and diverse datasets. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. · Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Experience in the insurance or risk management industry is strongly desired. · Competitive salary with a market-based pay approach ($54,075 – $80,926, dependent on location and experience). · Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage. · Retirement savings plans including 401(k) and ROTH 401(k). · Paid time off and flexible work arrangements, including remote opportunities. · Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options. · Life, accident, and critical illness insurance. · Employee support programs including pre-paid legal insurance and transit/parking FSAs. · Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
