Accountabilities Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports summarizing trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and manage API connections between technologies for internal and external projects. Lead AI and Machine Learning initiatives to improve BI applications and drive automation. Maintain data quality standards, identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Manage multiple projects and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and service offerings. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3 years’ experience with data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI. Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data cleaning techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse teams. Experience in hospitality, event management, or related industries is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 10% if needed.
