Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related areas preferred. Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI. Experience with SQL and familiarity with statistical programming languages such as Python or R. Strong understanding of business processes, marketing analytics, and customer research. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights. Natural curiosity and ability to synthesize data from diverse sources to uncover novel insights. Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required. Competitive salary within $80,900–$115,500 range.
