This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CX Software Engineer, GTM Platforms in the United States. In this role, you will design and implement scalable software solutions that enhance customer and support experiences across GTM platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing systems, optimize automation and personalization, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business impact. This position allows you to work on complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring junior engineers and shaping long-term technical strategy. You will be empowered to innovate, grow your skills, and influence the design of integrated solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Accountabilities Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience initiatives. Design, build, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performing systems and integrations. Leverage AI-driven tools and data workflows to improve automation, personalization, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, including Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Communications & Collaboration. Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy for GTM platforms. Mentor junior and intern developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining reliable software systems. Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience implementing scalable backend solutions. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Node.js. Strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and focus on aligning work to team and business goals. Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clean coding practices, ability to navigate large codebases, and contribution to code reviews. Preferred: knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and GTM platforms including AEM, Salesforce, or Marketo. Competitive salary range depending on US region: $130,900 – $199,300 USD. Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.
