In this pivotal role, you will own a portfolio of high-value customers and be responsible for delivering significant business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. Your efforts will drive retention, expansion, and cross-sell, while you develop and execute strategic account plans. Serving as the primary advocate for your customers, you will align their business objectives with the value of the platform. This highly collaborative position interfaces with various internal teams, ensuring a consistent and quality experience for customers. \n Accountabilities Own end-to-end customer lifecycle management—from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with tailored engagement strategies based on customer needs, scale, and growth potential. Conduct strategic success planning, stakeholder mapping, and executive business reviews. Monitor customer health signals, usage data, and sentiment to identify risks and opportunities. Execute lifecycle programs and playbooks that enhance adoption and retention. Maintain accurate documentation of activities and outcomes within CRM platforms. Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities within the portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements and resolve customer challenges. Requirements 5-10 years in Customer Success or a similar commercial role. Demonstrated track record of driving retention and expansion in complex environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
