This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager I in the United States. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring their success with the company’s solutions and maximizing overall customer satisfaction. You will build strong, long-term relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and proactive support. This position involves monitoring customer health, addressing challenges, and identifying growth opportunities to drive account expansion and retention. You will play a key role in capturing feedback, implementing improvement strategies, and demonstrating the value of solutions through regular business reviews. The role requires a proactive, analytical, and customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. \n Accountabilities: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing guidance and support to drive satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and adoption of solutions. Monitor and analyze customer health metrics, proactively addressing risks or challenges. Conduct regular business reviews and collect feedback to demonstrate value and identify improvement opportunities. Implement strategies for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of adoption strategies, plans, and client interactions. Requirements: Candidates should possess a blend of education, experience, and skills to effectively manage client relationships. Required qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at multiple levels. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable plans. Proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
