This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Architect - DLP in United States. This role offers a strategic opportunity to drive the adoption, impact, and long-term value of advanced data loss prevention (DLP) solutions for enterprise customers. The Customer Success Architect will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through complex DLP implementations, program design, and operational adoption. Working at the intersection of Customer Success, Solution Architecture, and Product, this role ensures customers achieve measurable outcomes while scaling their DLP programs effectively. You will create best-in-class materials, mentor team members, and directly influence how customers realize value from security platforms, all within a fast-paced, innovative environment. \n Accountabilities: Lead the development and maintenance of DLP customer success processes, playbooks, and engagement materials. Serve as the primary technical expert on the DLP platform, providing guidance to customers and internal teams. Mentor and train Customer Success team members, sharing domain expertise and fostering professional growth. Drive sustained adoption and value realization for customers, ensuring successful implementation of DLP strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining seamless customer experiences. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, from technical practitioners to executives. Collaborate with customers to design customized use cases and success plans aligned with their business objectives. Monitor customer health, usage, and adoption metrics, reporting trends to internal teams and leadership. Advocate for customer needs and feedback, influencing roadmap priorities and product development. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing B2B SaaS or security roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies; endpoint agent experience is a plus. Proven skills in mentoring, process development, and creating success enablement materials for teams. Strong project management experience, capable of organizing and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience operating in strategic, cross-functional roles bridging Customer Success, technical teams, and Product. Technical troubleshooting expertise with proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python or equivalent), or no-code platforms. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and solve complex challenges. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
