In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them through complex marketing and engagement solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS products, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder organizations.
