Stay ahead of emerging trends in content and audience behavior. Lead innovative content initiatives, testing new ways to engage audiences. Exercise editorial judgment for impactful content prioritization. Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and distribution. Create original data-driven reports that drive thought leadership. Develop and lead the YouTube content strategy to support brand goals. Create customer stories and case studies highlighting real-world use cases. Extend the lifecycle of core content through effective distribution strategies. Optimize content for discoverability across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned content creation. Support product launches through targeted content development. Report on content performance and leverage insights for improvement. Requirements 4–6+ years of experience in content marketing or storytelling roles. Demonstrated ownership of content programs from strategy to performance. Strong writing and editing ability across various content types. Experience with thought leadership and data-driven content creation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
