This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive professional responsible for driving the successful implementation of contact center and customer experience solutions. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery across multiple products and technologies, including virtual agents, workforce management (WFM), quality management (QM), and AI-powered solutions. The position involves overseeing complex project portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. You will influence strategic decisions, facilitate executive communications, and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes. Accountabilities Manage complex project portfolios, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and delivery of contact center solutions, WFM, QM, and virtual agent technologies. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including critical path analysis, dependencies, and forecasting. Implement scope management processes to control project boundaries and manage change requests. Serve as a strategic liaison between customer executives and internal leadership to align project objectives with business goals. Facilitate executive meetings to ensure visibility, accountability, and strategic alignment. Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate project health, risks, and business impact. Oversee resource allocation across multiple work streams, optimizing team utilization and preventing bottlenecks. Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis. 6–9 years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in contact center or technical implementation environments. Hands-on experience managing deployment projects involving WFM, QM, virtual agent technologies, or similar solutions. Proficiency in project management, project planning, and document management tools. Proven ability to improve delivery processes and influence cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. Competitive salary range: $97,600 – $225,700 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
