This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager in the United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact industrial construction projects across multiple locations. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. You will manage subcontractors, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and support production line startup activities. This position requires frequent travel and hands-on leadership on-site, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Accountabilities · Lead on-site construction activities for industrial and manufacturing projects, ensuring work meets specifications, timelines, and budgets. · Manage subcontractors from bid evaluation through project completion. · Collaborate with Engineering teams to maintain building standards and support production line startup. · Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance across all active projects. · Resolve project issues and facilitate communication across internal teams and stakeholders. · Promote team collaboration, open communication, and cross-functional alignment. · Support process installations, testing, and commissioning to ensure operational readiness. · 4–7 years of experience managing large industrial or manufacturing facility construction projects. · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related STEM field. · Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Experience in contractor management, bid evaluation, and project oversight. · Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% between project locations. · Preferred: experience with Food & Beverage construction projects, knowledge of industrial project management methodologies, understanding of budgeting and risk management, familiarity with food safety and clean design standards. · Location preference: near Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City, UT. · Competitive annual salary: $90,000 – $110,000. · Opportunity to lead greenfield capital projects with high visibility and impact. · Career growth within the Capital Projects team or Project Design Engineering. · Collaborative, team-focused culture valuing innovation and excellence. · Hands-on experience with multi-location industrial construction projects. · Exposure to cross-functional teams including Design, Process, and Packaging Engineering.
