This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact team focused on delivering competitive intelligence insights across business functions. You will oversee product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization to maximize enterprise value and actionable insights. Accountabilities: Lead a team of Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Owners, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow across data pipelines. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and excellence. Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven automation, to enhance insight generation and utilization. Drive the transition to modern analytics platforms, optimizing data integration, governance, and reporting processes. Prioritize enhancements, initiatives, and tool development aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs. Ensure insights delivered are actionable, timely, and tailored to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize insights effectively across the organization. Proven experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence leadership. Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and actionable insights. Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows. Familiarity with modern data platforms, especially Microsoft Fabric, and associated tools like Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory. Passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation frameworks. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. Background in product management or technical program management is a plus. Supervisory experience overseeing analysts, engineers, or product teams. Competitive annual compensation: $125,200 – $207,550, based on experience and qualifications.
