This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Content Project Manager in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to drive critical commercial initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Commercial Sales Content Project Manager will oversee multiple projects that directly impact key customer engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking business reviews while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder engagement. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. The role balances independent decision-making with teamwork, providing both structure and flexibility to achieve meaningful outcomes. Success in this role will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of customer-facing operations, while supporting professional growth and visibility across the organization. Accountabilities · Lead the planning and execution of quarterly and monthly business reviews for top customers. · Develop and manage tracking and communication plans to ensure timely completion of actions. · Facilitate meetings to provide updates, raise and resolve escalations, and drive decision-making. · Collaborate with Commercial and other key stakeholders to align business objectives with project execution. · Build strong relationships across teams to influence outcomes and ensure successful delivery. · Manage multiple workstreams and projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in project management workflows. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. · PMP or PMI certification preferred. · 5–10+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously. · Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. · Highly organized with excellent time, resource, and multitasking management skills. · Analytical mindset to monitor project performance and identify actionable insights. · Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. · Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 (actual compensation may vary by experience, skills, education, and location). · Medical, dental, and vision insurance from the first working day. · 401(k) plan with eligibility after one year of service. · Employee stock purchase plan. · Tuition reimbursement for continued education. · Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization. · Flexible and collaborative work environment supporting teamwork and individual contributions.
