This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer in the United States. We are seeking a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for cloud-based systems and integrations. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex issues, support API and integration workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-performance operations. Accountabilities As a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer, you will: Serve as the main technical expert for cloud product APIs and integrations, providing guidance and support to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents across software, networking, and hardware environments. Develop and maintain scripts for internal and external use (Python, API, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and other internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies, storage, virtualization, and business applications to support client requests effectively. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience with APIs, API headers, requests, and troubleshooting integration issues. Experience with 1st and 3rd party SaaS integrations and network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf). Proficiency in configuring and deploying services such as DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/OpenVPN, and HTTP servers. Experience with Windows Server, analyzing logs, dumps, and application-level troubleshooting (Procmon, Process Explorer). Familiarity with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, and NTP servers. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly. Fluency in English (verbal and written); Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus. Preferred: Linux experience, virtualization, or managed service provider (MSP) exposure. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
