This role is designed for a proactive, strategic professional responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across SMB and mid-market accounts. You will serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring technology systems are optimized, projects are delivered successfully, and business objectives are met. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through technology roadmaps, operational challenges, and solution implementations. The position requires collaboration across technical and cross-functional teams, participation in proposals and sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a remote role with occasional travel, offering the chance to influence client outcomes while supporting a high-performing team. \n Accountabilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring quality delivery and acting as a trusted advisor. Understand clients’ business objectives, KPIs, technical landscape, and operational priorities to provide strategic guidance. Develop and oversee technology roadmaps, aligning client needs with IT solutions and best practices. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Provide guidance and escalation support for complex client challenges, proactively resolving issues. Participate in sales initiatives, proposals, and expansion opportunities for existing clients. Track client opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure adherence to engagement standards. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery. 3+ years managing client relationships within an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar environment. Proven ability to engage with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders. Experience in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional technical organizations with matrixed reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, or similar). Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills. Familiarity with IT technologies including servers, cloud platforms, networking, desktop and application deployments. Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and supporting proposals for new business opportunities. Ability to travel approximately 10–15% of the time to client sites.
