This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Success Manager in the United States. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from a cutting-edge SaaS platform. You will manage the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, training, and ongoing relationship management, while collaborating closely with product and development teams. This position offers the opportunity to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, while providing insight that shapes product innovation. You will work directly with stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels, delivering solutions that solve real business problems. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills, all within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your contributions will directly impact client outcomes and the development of a world-class client success organization. \n Accountabilities: Own end-to-end deployment and configuration of the SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including technical, operational, and executive teams Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and presentations to ensure platform adoption and success Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive client KPIs and business outcomes Partner with product and development teams to identify issues, track remediation, and propose platform enhancements Support revenue expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives Provide strategic guidance to clients while serving as the voice of the customer internally Requirements: 5+ years of client-facing experience in enterprise SaaS, technical sales, consulting, sales engineering, or customer success Strong analytical and technical foundation with commercial orientation and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging C-level executives Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects independently while collaborating cross-functionally Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented with a “hustle” mentality Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data analysis, and software deployment processes InsurTech, FinTech, or startup experience is a plus Benefits: Competitive base salary ($135,000–$170,000 USD, depending on experience) Significant equity options package 401(k) plan with employer match 100% covered medical, vision, and dental for individuals and families 20 days of PTO per year Global team offsites and collaborative, high-growth environment Continuing education and professional development stipends Mobile phone and wellness/gym stipends \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
