In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing the overall client relationships within the clinical trial space. You will drive the client experience by maintaining high service levels, managing account portfolios, and ensuring that all commitments are executed on time and with the utmost quality. Join us to make a difference in the healthcare landscape. \n Accountabilities Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading recurring calls, business reviews, and ad-hoc engagements. Drive responsiveness and service levels for sponsor requests, communicating with accuracy and awareness of business risks. Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans. Maintain reliable data in CRM and operational systems, reporting on account status and key metrics. Develop presentations, progress decks, and documentation to support sponsors and partners. Collaborate with Clinical Operations to identify and advocate improvements for sponsor experience. Support account renewals and expansion by demonstrating value delivered. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred. 3–7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, or healthcare program management. Experience leading communication with external stakeholders, including handling urgent inquiries. Outstanding communication skills, including fluent English and real-time Q&A abilities. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ownership. Familiarity with oncology trial processes and privacy regulations like HIPAA/GDPR is a plus.
