This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Coding Project Manager in the United States. The Client Coding Project Manager will oversee and optimize coding operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality outcomes for risk adjustment initiatives. This role involves managing audit processes, coordinating with internal and external teams, and implementing quality assurance benchmarks. You will play a critical role in supporting coding vendors and staff while identifying opportunities for process improvements. The position offers a chance to influence operational strategy, mentor team members, and contribute to a data-driven healthcare environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work setting, demonstrates strong leadership, and has a deep understanding of coding compliance and risk adjustment standards. You will be a key partner in maintaining operational excellence and delivering superior customer experiences. Accountabilities: Maintain and manage a comprehensive quality assurance program for coding operations. Monitor internal and vendor performance to ensure compliance and accuracy in risk adjustment coding. Provide expertise on coding standards, compliance, and best practices across ACA and MA programs. Assist in developing and delivering formal and informal training for staff, auditors, and coding vendors. Analyze audit findings and report results to leadership with actionable recommendations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective operational changes. Support the onboarding and training of new auditors and team members. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 3–5 years of related work experience. Minimum of 5 years of coding experience in risk adjustment (ACA and MA). Expert knowledge of risk adjustment coding standards and compliance requirements. Strong managerial, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with staff, leadership, and vendors. Experience managing remote operations and distributed teams. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated commitment to quality, productivity, and continuous process improvement.
