This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cityworks Solutions Engineer in United States. We are seeking an experienced Cityworks Solutions Engineer to implement, configure, and support GIS-centric asset management and permitting solutions. This role involves working across the full solution lifecycle, from deployment and configuration to user training and ongoing technical support. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure solutions meet organizational needs and operate efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong technical understanding of Cityworks and Trimble Unity technologies, and can communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required, and the role offers flexibility with remote work options. Accountabilities · Configure, deploy, and maintain Cityworks AMS and PLL applications, as well as Trimble Unity solutions. · Support system administration, data migration (ETL), and integration with enterprise GIS platforms (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online). · Troubleshoot solution issues and provide ongoing technical support to end-users and administrators. · Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures. · Recommend system improvements based on user feedback and solution assessments. · Lead training sessions and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and project completion. · Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. · 4+ years of experience in GIS/IT solution delivery and enterprise integration. · 2+ years of direct experience implementing or supporting Cityworks solutions. · Strong understanding of Cityworks database structures and configuration methods. · Proficiency in troubleshooting, documentation, and time management. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with teams. · Familiarity with Esri’s ArcGIS platform and geodatabase concepts. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Experience with Crystal Reports, Active Reports, Power BI, or SSRS. · Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or HTML. · Experience with data migration, ETL workflows, or system integration. · Knowledge of business process analysis and optimization.
