As Chief of Staff to the Marketing organization, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, driving key initiatives, aligning priorities, and ensuring operational efficiency across the team. Accountabilities Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO and marketing leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic business decisions. Coordinate and prioritize critical issues, ensuring efficient communication and decision-making across teams. Represent the CMO in select meetings, maintaining alignment of messaging and objectives. Support organizational design, change management, and integration of new tools, processes, and structures. Develop team engagement models, meeting cadences, and performance tracking to drive accountability and effectiveness. Oversee department budgets, planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making. Prepare executive-level materials, including leadership presentations, board updates, and organizational communications. Foster cross-functional collaboration, enhance team culture, and support talent development initiatives. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in strategic and operational leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment toward shared goals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with exceptional judgment and integrity. Experience fostering high-performing, connected teams and enhancing team culture. Proven track record of driving accountability, execution at pace, and delivering results. Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems strategically, and act as a connector across the organization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both executive and team-level interactions. Competitive base salary range: $138,900 – $220,400 (nationally), plus potential discretionary bonuses.
