You will shape the security framework, working closely with various teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the business processes and technology stack. Lead a cross-functional team in Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Security Operations. Define reference architectures and governance principles aligned to security standards. Build and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage incident readiness. Develop and publish clear policies and governance procedures. Lead and grow a high-performing security organization. Requirements 10+ years of experience leading enterprise security programs and teams. Proven track record in aligning programs to industry security standards. Experience in operationalizing policy management and incident response. Effective communication skills with executives and technical teams. Demonstrated ability to challenge peers constructively and be flexible.
