This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief Counsel - Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relationships - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in guiding our legal strategies related to complex agreements within the drug sourcing and distribution sector. You will directly impact the organization by providing critical legal insights to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with specialty and brand pharmaceutical manufacturers. As part of a highly respected legal team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to forge robust agreements that support healthcare access. Your expertise will help shape the interface between legal compliance and business objectives, ensuring our operations remain at the forefront of industry standards. \n Accountabilities Provide independent legal support for contract drafting, negotiation, and strategy for complex distribution agreements. Coordinate legal risk tolerances and contracting standards across key distribution agreements. Serve as a legal advisor to senior leadership and account directors on legal risk mitigation and relationship management. Engage with other internal legal and business stakeholders on various topics relating to brand and specialty manufacturers. Requirements 13+ years of corporate law experience. Experience in a large private law firm combined with in-house experience preferred. Excellent commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills. High comfort providing healthcare regulatory advice. Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturer space. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence large cross-functional teams.
