We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Channel Solution Engineer to support partner and customer success across the sales lifecycle. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud and collaboration technologies to deliver pre-sales demonstrations, provide technical guidance, and build proof-of-concept solutions that showcase product capabilities. You will work closely with partner account managers, customers, and internal teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. The role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive adoption through consultative engagement. You will have opportunities to influence strategic partner initiatives, support complex deals, and contribute to overall business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Accountabilities Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of solutions to partners and customers, both remotely and on-site. Facilitate solution discovery, technical deep-dive sessions, and proof-of-concept environments tailored to partner and customer requirements. Support partners through pre-sales activities including enablement, solution configuration, and guidance on product usage. Assist in writing proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs to demonstrate product alignment with customer objectives. Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. Build and maintain relationships with key technical and business stakeholders to promote long-term solution adoption. Participate in marketing and partner events, workshops, webinars, and tradeshows as a technical subject matter expert. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (5+ years). Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, and Windows Server. Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, and general cloud/server architectures. Experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to think strategically, align technical solutions to business needs, and influence stakeholders. Experience working with channel partners such as MSPs, VARs, distributors, or systems integrators. Quick learner, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and US Eastern Time schedule (PH night shift). Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
