This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize a company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and broader Learning & Development (L&D) technology ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve training delivery, and ensure a seamless learning experience for employees. Your focus will include LMS administration, data analysis, reporting, and technical support to enhance user experience and content effectiveness. This position allows you to influence how employees access and engage with learning initiatives, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the organization’s culture of continuous development. You will also document workflows, support governance models, and monitor system performance, directly impacting organizational growth and talent development. Accountabilities Oversee day-to-day LMS operations, including user management, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. Collaborate with administrators, content creators, and stakeholders to deploy and maintain learning programs. Develop and maintain documentation, SLAs, and governance policies for LMS management. Monitor learner performance and training effectiveness using analytics, providing actionable insights. Conduct user acceptance testing for new programs and system updates. Recommend improvements to content workflows, LMS interfaces, and overall functionality. Communicate project status, updates, and training progress to relevant stakeholders. 4+ years of LMS administration experience, including learning paths, certifications, and badging programs. 3+ years leading creative or high-performing learning teams. Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Salesforce, Jira, Lessonly, Articulate, and Tableau. Strong analytical skills to interpret and report on learning data. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Experience developing operational documentation, SLAs, and governance models. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with user-acceptance testing and creating support documentation like job aids. Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of learning content management, workflow processes, and user experience optimization.
