We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst II to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting the development of software applications and data-driven insights. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality systems. You will leverage analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to transform complex business processes into actionable solutions that drive value for internal and external clients. Accountabilities: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document needs. Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives. Partner with development teams to ensure user stories are accurately reflected in technical designs. Produce visual aids such as process flows, wireframes, and data flow diagrams to enhance understanding. Support roadmap and release planning, including effort estimation and prioritization. Act as a liaison between business SMEs and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. Contribute to data mapping, system integrations, and interoperability initiatives. Assist with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software implementations as needed. 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in consulting roles. 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
