As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and revenue across assigned regions by building and expanding strategic partnerships. You will lead account management, identify new business opportunities, and implement territory-focused strategies to maximize impact. Accountabilities • Lead business development and account management strategies to grow assigned territories and partnerships. • Develop and execute location-level business plans aligned with overall strategic goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and corporate partners. • Conduct high-level strategy meetings, quarterly reviews, and partnership evaluations to drive growth. • Introduce new products and enhancements to partners, ensuring awareness of offerings and competitive landscape. • Oversee local teams, ensuring staff are trained, coached, and equipped to meet operational and business objectives. • Maintain business development tracking including proposals, budgets, project costs, and analyses. • Support marketing, client service, and other business development initiatives. Requirements • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, B2B/B2G/B2E sales, or leadership roles in admissions or client growth. • Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue and partnerships. • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Chat, Gmail, and other productivity tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a flexible travel schedule. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in leadership, human capital development, and consultative sales processes is a plus.
