This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager - REMOTE. This role is crucial for driving strategic growth, particularly in Material Handling Systems. You will lead the sales budget and identify key customer segments, requiring an intimate understanding of market dynamics. Your contribution will significantly impact our partner's revenue and market share, all while fostering valuable relationships with clients and internal teams. Refine strategies to achieve budgeted orders and revenue shipments. Evaluate and pursue new market segments through research and outreach. Identify and engage prospective customers to develop opportunities. Track lead generation and manage opportunity pipelines using Salesforce. Create and execute quarterly business plans to drive account acquisition. Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce. Drive customer intimacy to identify new product development opportunities. Promote Material Handling capabilities throughout the American market. Provide timely reports and insights on competitive landscape. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years in material handling systems or technical sales. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex requirements. Proven business development experience, including lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. High degree of initiative and business acumen. Proficient with MS Office Suite.
