In this role, you will drive strategic commercial growth across a dynamic and rapidly expanding international environment. You will identify high-value opportunities, cultivate executive-level relationships, and lead complex sales cycles across large enterprise ecosystems. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through their digital transformation journeys while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. Develop and execute tailored sales plans for strategic enterprise accounts across key market segments. Build strong multi-level relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer strategies, buying processes, and decision-making structures. Lead and coordinate virtual account teams to deliver on account development plans, overseeing both strategy and execution. Manage accounts with a P&L mindset to ensure profitability through land-and-expand phases and efficient resource utilization. Maintain accurate forecasting across booked and billed units, pipeline development, and ARR performance. Influence customer planning related to telematics and digital transformation initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities within broader customer ecosystems. Provide insights on industry movements and customer needs to shape product enhancements and strengthen market positioning. Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in B2B SaaS sales. Proven success selling into upper mid-market and enterprise customers valued at USD 500M+. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus. Strong personal brand and active professional network, particularly across digital and social channels. Expertise in modern B2B SaaS sales processes, prospecting methods, and buyer engagement tools. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to command attention in both virtual and live settings. Willingness to travel up to 50 percent across North America as needed.
