This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Analyst in the United States. The Business Development Analyst will play a critical role in driving growth through data analysis, pipeline tracking, and market research. This position involves maintaining and improving business development processes, identifying profitable opportunities, and supporting proposal development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, track market trends, and generate reports that inform strategic decisions. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Accountabilities · Administer Salesforce and ensure data accuracy and quality control, including daily updates from sources like GovWin. · Track, analyze, and report on business development opportunities throughout the pipeline and post-award phases. · Support proposal development by drafting Corporate Experience/Past Performance sections and gathering relevant information from RFPs and PWS documents. · Lead and assist with preparation of marketing presentations, RFI documentation, and executive-level PowerPoint slides. · Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and company strategies to identify new business opportunities. · Develop ad-hoc and recurring reports in Excel and PowerPoint for executive leadership and growth teams. · Provide consultation and follow-up to team members and participate in pipeline and capture meetings. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development support, Salesforce administration, or CRM data management. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. · Familiarity with GovWin or other market intelligence platforms. · Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams. · Microsoft certifications preferred. · Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. · Competitive salary range: $80,000–$100,000 annually. · Comprehensive benefits including medical, financial planning, and short-term incentives. · Fully remote work with flexible scheduling. · Opportunities for professional development and career growth. · Supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
