In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring compliance within the healthcare industry, working alongside various departments to oversee contract reviews and compliance measures. Your expertise will help maintain adherence to state and federal regulations, ultimately impacting the quality of healthcare services provided. By coordinating state fair hearings and audits, you will play an instrumental role in identifying issues and driving improvements within the processes. This position also allows for flexibility in your working environment, supporting a healthy work-life balance. \n Accountabilities Conduct the review of and make changes to product-specific contracts and amendments Stay up to date on state and federal health care laws, including managed care industry regulations Perform legal research and prepare memoranda regarding legislative or regulatory changes Coordinate waste and abuse efforts with the Corporate Team Represent our partner at State Fair Hearings and track outcomes Identify issues with questionable billing providers and escalate trends as required Prepare for compliance audits and ensure proper documentation Complete required compliance training Participate in implementing regulatory changes across departments Support development of identification processes and escalation tools Collaborate with Business Units to ensure efficient process handoffs Support programs related to privacy, security, and compliance Requirements BA degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field Five to ten years of experience in progressively responsible roles Prior experience in a compliance-related role is highly desirable 7+ years of combined contract drafting and legal research experience Knowledge of health care industry regulations and laws Advanced knowledge of Indiana Medicaid insurance and applicable regulations preferred Benefits Competitive pay range of $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401K Tuition reimbursement and paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedules including remote and hybrid options Potential for additional forms of incentives based on individual performance \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
