In this senior-level role, you will design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing and machine learning systems that drive critical business insights. You will work with cutting-edge technologies in Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS, building robust data pipelines, performing data modeling, and implementing scalable ML solutions. Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain big data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL to support advanced analytics and machine learning workloads. Implement data modeling solutions that optimize storage, retrieval, and processing performance in cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ML and data solutions. Ensure reliability, efficiency, and security of data pipelines and ML infrastructure deployed on AWS. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows to meet performance SLAs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices. 8+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning engineering. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with PySpark. Experience with SQL and data modeling for large-scale datasets. Hands-on experience with AWS services for data processing, storage, and ML deployment. Familiarity with designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical guidance across teams.
