As a BI Developer / Data Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, dashboards, and reports while integrating data from multiple sources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, optimize data flow, and provide meaningful analytics for stakeholders. This position allows for both hands-on technical work and strategic contributions, helping to shape the organization’s data-driven culture while supporting critical business initiatives across the enterprise. Accountabilities: Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party applications, to build automated ETL workflows. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery. Extract, transform, and manipulate structured and semi-structured data using SQL and Python. Build integrations between business applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Develop and maintain technical documentation for data processes, reports, and integration workflows. Monitor and resolve issues from the ticketing system, responding with appropriate urgency. Participate in technical projects, business initiatives, and ad-hoc data requests to support organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data integration, reporting, and process automation. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with MS SQL Server. Experience with Power BI, including Power BI Service/365 administration and dataset modeling; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Experience with Microsoft stack technologies, including Power Automate, SharePoint, and Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Key Vault, Data Bricks). Ability to develop Python scripts for API-based data integration and automation. Proven ability to build and maintain ETL workflows with clear technical documentation. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with accounting or consulting industry business processes is a plus.
