This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of BH Management Services. We are currently looking for a B.HOM Property Operations Support Manager in United States. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional responsible for supporting property operations across a diverse portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving process improvements. The position involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing project plans, and providing actionable insights to enhance property performance. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational support, offering exposure to innovative property management practices and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to a growing student housing environment. Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and effective communication are central to success in this role. Accountabilities • Manage project plans and track activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct weekly property operation reviews to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and escalate challenges as needed. • Prepare and distribute presentations, process documents, and collaborate on operations policy updates. • Serve as a liaison for data gathering and assist with inquiries related to operational procedures and standards. • Support the implementation of new systems, software, and process improvements. • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in student housing or a related property management field. • Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management systems. • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on operational data. • Experience preparing business correspondence and training materials. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
