This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP), Design & Presentation in the United States. We are seeking a visionary AVP, Design & Presentation to lead the visual storytelling and brand experience of our organization. This role will oversee a global design team, shaping high-impact executive presentations, digital experiences, and multimedia content that communicates complex insights with clarity and creativity. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, exceptional design expertise, and strong leadership to elevate the organization’s visual presence in a competitive, fast-paced environment. \n Accountabilities: Define and champion a comprehensive visual strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity. Serve as the executive brand steward, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all touchpoints. Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of scalable design systems, including brand guidelines and asset repositories. Oversee high-stakes executive presentations, investor decks, client pitches, and multimedia content for maximum impact. Transform complex data and insights into engaging visual narratives, including infographics, dashboards, and interactive visuals. Collaborate with content, marketing, PR, and product teams to produce cohesive visual materials across campaigns and channels. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing global design team while overseeing agency and vendor partnerships. Optimize design workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality across projects. Requirements: Candidates should possess extensive experience in design leadership and visual storytelling. Essential qualifications include: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in visual design, creative direction, or presentation design, with significant B2B experience, ideally in healthcare or complex industries. Proven ability to lead design teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in executive presentations and translating complex data into compelling visuals. Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital design principles, and user experience best practices across multiple platforms. Expert-level proficiency in design and presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva Pro, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides). Experience with motion graphics/video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with a results-driven, collaborative mindset.
