This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated product professional to support and grow the General Supply category. You will drive marketing programs, analyze market insights, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to enhance product profitability and market share. The position involves managing initiatives that align with business strategy, developing communications and activation plans, and supporting financial and portfolio analyses. You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding the business, providing insights to leadership, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Accountabilities Lead program management to drive net sales, operating profit, and market share for the General Supply category. Gather, analyze, and synthesize market and customer insights into actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. Support Advertising and Promotion budgets, P&L analyses, and strategic planning for an $80+ million business. Develop and refine marketing communication and activation plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to guide portfolio strategy and annual planning. Provide leadership support for commercial program development and execution, including pricing, sales collateral, and training initiatives. Represent the product category internally and externally with professionalism and positive energy. Bachelor’s degree required. 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business, Medical Sales, Healthcare, or related consumer/retail industries. Experience with business case development, P&L management, and product portfolio financials is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and complete projects within required timeframes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external customers. Willingness to travel 5–10% as needed.
