This fully remote role offers an opportunity to support GMP laboratory operations within a highly regulated, scientific environment. You will coordinate and manage laboratory workflows, ensuring samples and standards are accurately tracked, logged, and processed. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients. You will contribute to the success of projects by monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and providing status updates, all while working within the frameworks of Good Manufacturing Practices. Accountabilities: Oversee and coordinate the receipt, log-in, and workflow management of laboratory samples and standards. Monitor project progress for both client-facing and internal projects, providing timely status updates and reporting. Manage timelines, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to ensure project success. Support client interactions regarding sample and standard processing, assisting the client relationship manager with daily updates. Prepare, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings, translating protocols into actionable workflows. Track completion of lab-based projects, including audits, incident reports, and document management (e.g., Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field. Previous experience coordinating projects or sample tracking in GMP or regulated laboratory environments preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and data tracking tools. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with procedural documents.
