This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Director IT, Tech Business Analysis in the United States. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who will guide a team of technical business analysts to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet business objectives. You will define and execute product strategy, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. The position requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product management, and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee departmental goals, mentor your team, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while creating value for internal and external clients. This is a remote role with significant impact on product development and business success.
