In this role, you will manage a high volume of creditor’s rights cases while providing superior client support and legal expertise. You will handle matters across discovery, depositions, and conflict resolution, with opportunities to engage in appellate work. The position requires proactive relationship-building with clients and colleagues, courtroom appearances, and occasional travel within the state. Handling discovery practice, depositions, conflict resolution, and appellate matters where required. Applying knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code in case management. Representing clients in court and participating in hearings, with travel as needed. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. Demonstrating leadership, sound judgment, and superior client service in all legal matters. Contributing to the firm’s reputation as a top-performing legal organization. Requirements: Candidates should meet the following qualifications: Active Bar License in the Virgin Islands (required); licensure in additional states is a plus. Eligible applicants include newly licensed attorneys and those with 5+ years of litigation experience. Experience in creditor’s rights, discovery, depositions, and conflict resolution.
