Accountabilities Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for use in production systems. Develop AI algorithms for applications such as computer vision, speech recognition, NLP, and recommendation systems. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and enhance model performance. Implement scalable software pipelines to deploy AI models on cloud or edge environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing products and systems. Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and performance improvements. Document design decisions, technical specifications, and best practices for ongoing development. Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative learning culture. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI software development, machine learning, or deep learning engineering. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques. Experience developing and deploying deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, or transformers. Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive, research-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
