This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Area Director, Enterprise Sales (Remote) in the United States. This role provides the opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing Enterprise sales team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue goals. The position involves engaging with executive-level clients, shaping go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, manage complex deals, and influence organizational growth. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth setting. Remote-based within the Central Region, you will have the chance to drive both team and company-wide success. \n Accountabilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Enterprise sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive new business development in target accounts and expand existing strategic accounts. Oversee account planning, forecasting, and execution to maximize revenue potential. Engage with C-level executives to present solutions, address business challenges, and close complex deals. Partner with internal teams, including operations, sales engineering, and alliances, to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. Recruit top talent and foster a high-performance sales culture focused on growth and collaboration. Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and value-based selling to achieve six- and seven-figure deal outcomes. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities to inform sales strategy. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 3 years of direct full-cycle selling experience in B2B SaaS or related sectors. 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Proven ability to engage C-level executives and influence decision-making in enterprise accounts. Strong experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS environments preferred. Demonstrated skill in quota setting, forecasting, and driving predictable business outcomes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of value-based selling methodologies and experience executing strategic account plans. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events (up to 30%).
