We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer to join a fully remote, high-performing Agile team. In this role, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, writing, testing, and maintaining code that directly impacts clients’ ability to deliver quality healthcare services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality applications, while participating in design discussions, CI/CD pipeline management, and Agile ceremonies. Accountabilities Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code for applications using C#, .NET Core/8, and Angular. Build, run, and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability, performance, and security. Collaborate with team members in design discussions, sharing insights to improve system architecture and functionality. Manage version control using Git, including branching, merging, and maintaining a stable codebase. Implement security best practices to safeguard applications from common vulnerabilities. Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes to streamline application delivery. 5+ years of professional experience with .NET Core (or newer, .NET 8 preferred). 5+ years of professional experience with Angular 14+ (Angular 19 preferred). 2+ years of experience with SQL Server. 5+ years of experience developing and consuming APIs. Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Co-pilot, Claude, Windsurf, Gemini Code). Excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and passion for software development. Preferred: Experience with containerized applications (Kubernetes), healthcare industry knowledge, HIPAA-standard transactions (835, 837).
