The AI Transformation Product Manager will lead a dedicated AI Transformation Pod, driving operational efficiency and innovation across a fast-growing technology organization. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation, building internal AI solutions, and collaborating closely with executives and business leaders. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, product management experience, and entrepreneurial mindset to translate complex operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will manage the full product lifecycle, leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and measure the impact of deployed initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to present directly to executive leadership and shape the organization’s AI strategy. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and allows for strategic influence across multiple functions. Accountabilities · Lead and own a dedicated AI Transformation Pod, partnering with a specific business function. · Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI solutions and operational automation. · Collaborate with stakeholders and executives to validate AI transformation initiatives. · Define product requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables for AI-native solutions. · Utilize AI-enabled developer tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy solutions. · Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through deployment. · Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of AI initiatives to stakeholders. · Present updates to executive leadership and evangelize new AI initiatives. · Partner with AI Platform Engineering to scope reusable infrastructure supporting multiple pods. · Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. · Coursework or experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship. · Proven experience in product management with demonstrable AI product expertise. · Prior software engineering experience. · Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, and modern AI capabilities. · Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at executive levels. · Ability to translate complex operational problems into AI-powered solutions. · Track record of measuring and communicating business impact. · Comfortable presenting to and engaging with C-suite executives and board members. · Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred). · Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, v0) and a portfolio demonstrating AI projects.
