This role offers the opportunity to lead AI initiatives that directly impact product, business operations, and organizational strategy. You will rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy production-ready AI solutions while ensuring secure, scalable, and unified AI architectures. Acting as a technical partner and evangelist, you will enable AI-first adoption across teams, drive time-to-value, and upskill colleagues in generative AI, LLM-driven tooling, and agentic frameworks. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, IT, and security, providing the chance to shape AI strategy in a fast-moving, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. You will work with both internal and third-party AI tools to deliver measurable impact and operational improvements. This role is remote-friendly, with flexibility and autonomy to lead technical initiatives at scale. Accountabilities: Rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Own integration and scaling of in-house and third-party AI systems with secure, unified architectures. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape AI strategy, including GenAI, LLM tooling, and agentic frameworks. Serve as a technical partner and evangelist to accelerate AI adoption, close bandwidth gaps, and upskill teams. Implement AI-driven workflows, agents, and automation solutions to optimize business and product processes. Ensure responsible, compliant, and scalable AI deployment across the organization. Contribute to continuous improvement of AI platform, prompt engineering practices, and MLOps pipelines. Proven experience architecting, prototyping, and shipping end-to-end AI-powered solutions, including agents, copilots, and AI workflows. Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. Experience integrating AI into production systems while ensuring security, compliance, and reliability. Strong programming and technical skills, with experience in model lifecycle management, prompt engineering, and deployment of AI solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Security, IT, Product, and Engineering. Familiarity with regulated environments and responsible AI principles is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive AI adoption at scale. Competitive base salary ($150,000–$190,000) plus target equity.
